Melody 4:Shunn Meguri

I’m Otoya Hibiki,

Today is my first time trying to talk to someone.

Since it’s lunch break,I took the letter then was given to me by Shunn Hideyoshi,

And make my way to class 1-2,

To meet with Hideyoshi’s sister.

I take a peek inside the classroom,and saw the girl in the photo,

Sitting in a corner eating her bento.

How am i supposed to talk to her,i can barely talk to my classmates,

And now i have to talk to someone i don’t even know.

I keep on staring at her for 5 minutes now,

And people around me are all creep out.

I took a deep breath and i walk towards her,

“A-a-a-a-a-a-are u-u-u-u-u-you Hi-hi-hi-hi-hi-Hideyoshi-san’s Sis-sis-sis-sis-sister?”

Crap,what am i doing,why are does it take me so long to say a single word!

“Y-y-y-y-y-y-yes,i am.”

She replied while blushing,

I quickly pass her the letter and ran out of the class.

Time:15:00

I finished packing everything and was ready to leave,

But some of my classmate gathered around me.

“Is it true that you gave Shunn Meguri,from class 1-2 a love letter?”

“Did you have a crush on Shunn Meguri?”

I couldn’t listen to those nonsense anymore so i wear my headphones and leave them alone,

I mean,she is really cute,especially when she’s blushing just now.

Just as i was about to leave,

I saw Shunn Meguri standing outside of the door,

“O-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-otoya-san,le-le-le-le-le-le-le-let’s go and have lunch.”

“Eh!”

I said while i was blushing,

And Meguri was blushing very hard as well.

I grab her hand and run out of the school,

And drag her to the nearest restaurant at the mall.

“Good afternoon,are the two of you on a date?”

Both of us shake our head,

“I see,then what would you two like to eat.”

As usual,i keep quiet,thinking that maybe Meguri will order something to eat,

But i was wrong,

She kept quiet as well,

“Shall i order for the both of you?”

We nod our heads at the same time without any thinking.

The waitress then walks away,leaving us alone.

 It was very awkward between us as both of us kept quiet,

I tried to open my mouth to talk to her but nothing came out of my mouth.

“M-my brother wrote everything.”

“Re-really?”

“Ye-Yes.”

Crap,is she going to be angry at me for killing Hideyoshi?

“My brother went to study at another and he was afraid to send me a email,didn’t he?”

“Y-yes.It was re-really sudden.”

“Here’s your orders.”

The waitress came and place our food on our table,

“Here is your ‘Lover’s drink’ and your ‘Cupid’s spaghetti’.”

Right after she gave us our food,she left.

Both of us could not start to eat as the food given to us are supposed to be eaten together.

“Me-Meguri-san,why not…”

“Le-le-le-le-le-let’s eat together.”

“Eh.”

I was shock that she want me to eat with her at the sametime.

She took a spoonful of spaghetti and put it in front of my mouth,

I open my mouth and eat it.

After finishing the food,I did the same thing,

And place it infront of her.

She opened her mouth and eat it.

Right after lunch,she gave me a piece of paper,

“Co-Could you give me your home address and phone number!”

“Su-sure.”

I took out a pen and wrote down my address and number,

And went our separate ways.

Time: 21:30

“AH!”

I heard my sister scream and run down to see what happens,

I saw my sister crying,full of tears on her face,

“I,I can’t believe my little brother got a friend.”

I look at the front,and saw Meguri standing there　with her luggage

“Go-good evening,Otoya-san,i’ll be staying at your house,please take care of me.”

“Please,stay as long as you want,let me take your luggage into the guest room.”

“Is it ok for me to stay in Otoya-san’s room?”

“Yes!”


“NO!”

We shouted in union,

“Otoya-san,do you not me to stay together in your room?”

She said while making a cute,blushing face.

“It’s not like that,it just…”

“All done,Hibiki,you sleep on the floor while Meguri will sleep on your bed.”

“EH!WHY!And when did you put her stuff!”

“Thank you,er,what’s your name?”

“I’m Otoya Mitsuba,Hibiki’s older sister.”

Hah,right now,i am sleeping on the floor,with a cute girl in my room,

It’s 01:22,and for some reason,Meguri was rolling around on the bed,

And fell down next to me.

Looking at her cute sleeping face,

I felt my heart pounding really fast.
